No BS. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To qualify, your item needs to be in the same condition you received it — unused, unmodified, with original packaging and tags intact. Keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
To kick off a return, contact us at info@heliosventuresinc.com. We'll give you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send it. Don't send anything back without contacting us first — unrequested returns won't be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items Inspect your order when it arrives. If something shows up defective, damaged, or just plain wrong — contact us immediately and we'll sort it out. That's on us.
What Can't Be Returned Some items are final sale — no exceptions:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable goods

Exchanges Want a different item? Return what you have, and once it's accepted, place a new order. Fastest way to get what you need.
EU Customers If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Same condition requirements apply.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks sometimes take a few extra days to post it on their end. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it, contact us at info@heliosventuresinc.com.
