The Flexzilla® RP900500 is a premium field-repairable, reusable anodized aircraft aluminum fitting with 3/8″ Male NPT (MNPT) threads, specifically engineered for 3/8″ and 1/2″ Flexzilla & Flexzilla Pro air hoses.
This is the standard (non-swivel) version trusted by professionals for quickly repairing a damaged hose end or building custom-building any length right on the job site — no clamps, crimps, or special tools required. Simply cut the hose square, push it firmly onto the barbed stem, then hand-tighten the knurled collar until snug. The heavy-duty stainless steel gripper ring bites into the hose for a permanent, 300 PSI leak-free seal. Includes a durable bend restrictor for kink protection and strain relief.
